**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of a 200 unit apartment community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, and managing maintenance projects efficiently.

**Duties:**

- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules

- Inspect units, property and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Oversee repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks

- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment

- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs

**Qualifications:**

- Strong background in electrical systems, including logic controllers

- Experience in HVAC systems and project management

- Ability to effectively supervise a team of maintenance technicians

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Knowledge of maintaining industrial machinery and equipment
