JOB DESCRIPTION

A Service Sales Representative will provide clients with superior, quality customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to generating revenue by developing potential service accounts through forecasting, qualification, lead generation and closing accounts.

JOB DUTIES

· Identify market potential by qualifying accounts

· Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, and understanding customer account needs and requirements

· Closes sales by building rapport with potential customers, explaining all product and service capabilities

· Recommends new products and services based on understanding of customers needs

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

· Assist with marketing and any other pertinent sales information

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

· HVAC Construction or Service Sales Industry experience

· Sales experience focused on new accounts

· Presentation Skills

· Closing Skills

· Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
