## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Director of Facilities to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of building maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team of maintenance staff.

## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement facility maintenance procedures and protocols
- Manage and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Oversee the maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, logic controllers, and low voltage systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage the maintenance budget effectively
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff

## Skills
- Strong background in facilities management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding electrical systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, logic controllers, and low voltage systems
- Experience in maintenance management
- Ability to use tools such as an ohmmeter effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
