## Job Overview

At Katie's Way we are seeking Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various marketing strategies and techniques to drive our company's growth and brand awareness.

## Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives

- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including SEO, print advertising, and performance marketing

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Manage advertising sales and partnerships to increase brand visibility

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials

- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing role.

- In-depth knowledge of SEO, HTML5, and digital marketing strategies

- Strong understanding of market research principles

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing collateral

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
