Location:

Twinsburg, Ohio – Our facility will be moving to Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio in late summer to early fall 2024.

Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of our distribution and manufacturing facility in Twinsburg, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and maintaining production lines, managing workflows, and ensuring the smooth operation of all facility processes. This role requires a jack of all trades who can handle building maintenance, equipment setup, and customization of production lines to optimize productivity.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment and machinery.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs.

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.

- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize tasks and minimize downtime.

- Build and customize production lines to meet operational needs.

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions promptly.

- Support the move and setup of our facility to Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a facilities Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and equipment setup practices.

- Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
