Technical resource for Service Plumbing Crew - Field Technicians. Responsible for aiding in both job acquisition, as well as building efficiency through project coordination, execution, and closeout. Full management of Plumbing Office Admin Staff + Field Technicians - from hiring and firing, through motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, mentoring, training, and problem-solving. This position is responsible for assisting upper management with development, analysis and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs, sales support, and customer relationship management. Also responsible for following MMI’s consistent and repeatable Project Life Cycle process, ensuring an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
