Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute our go-to-market strategy with potential clients.
Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client experience.
Visit the facilities of potential customers.
Negociate contracts for software implementation projects.
Report and contact directly to the C-Level of the company.

Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sectors for B2B.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with strategies for lead generation.
Previous experience in selling software for manufacturing companies is highly recommended.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking performance.
Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
