Community Engagement Job Ad - Austin

Position Summary:

The Community Engagement Team Members will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives in the community. Their goal is to help implement the company’s participation in community events, generate new patient leads, and schedule appointments. They will also help to educate the community on oral hygiene and explain the importance of dental health and how it relates to overall health.

Primary Responsibilities:

● Generate new patient leads

● Distribute dental education material to the community

● Develop new marketing ideas

● Attend community events in an effort to promote the mission, services, and the brand of Planet Dental

● Provide education on oral hygiene, preventative services, and all aspects of clinical procedures available at offices

● Create trusting relationships with community members

● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● Solid communication skills, enjoy public speaking, and the ability to lead a presentation

● Work within clinics and outdoors at events

● Enjoy working with younger children, speaking with parents/guardians, and making them feel comfortable

● Comfortable planning events

● Outgoing and an engaging personality

● Ability to travel to local community events

Work Location: In-person at offices and in community

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
