Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipping items via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS.
Sort and organize mail and packages for our mailbox holders.
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the office to ensure a welcoming environment.
Handle print production tasks and support the team during busy periods.
Multi-task and stay on task in a variety of situations.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Flexible schedule with availability to work on Saturdays and until 7 pm on weekdays.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a fun and supportive team environment.
Experience in a fast-paced work setting is a plus.

**Full Time position is Monday-Friday 11am - 7pm, 40 hours per week. You will be required to work 2 Saturdays per month 9-5pm. The week you work on Saturday you will work 4 weekdays + Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. **
