Working with the support of the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and development of 50+ team members.

Ensuring the safe operation and auxiliary support of maintenance for 30+ standardized fleet vans and the daily operations of a delivery logistics company.

Intermediate understanding of MS Suite, ability to multi-task, minimum of 1 year logistics experience, adept in conflict resolution and strong communication skills. Important to be comfortable enforcing company process.

Scheduling

Route Coverage
Process and performance metrics enforcement
Real time dispatch programs and problem solving
MS Suite, Google Sheets usage and Management

1 year minimum of operational leadership experience and equivalent
