As a leading supplier and installer of radiant heated floors in the San Francisco Bay area, we work with contractors in the high-end residential market. We are in search of a team member for our hydronic heating division. The ideal candidate will bring their experience as a plumber, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of mechanical installations including boilers and heat pumps.

Beyond technical expertise, this individual must possess exceptional skills in team direction and management. We're seeking someone with a proven track record in leadership, capable of inspiring, motivating, and fostering collaboration among team members. With a strategic mindset and clear communication abilities, the team member will fit in with, and support, our current team's success.

Our installers work Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off, and start their day at 6:30 am for 10-hour shifts. A typical day entails meeting at our Novato warehouse and heading to various jobsites in company trucks.

We are looking to hire someone with the following qualities:

5+ years of either plumbing or hydronics installation experience
clean driver’s license
self-motivated, but also with a demonstrated ability to work well in a group
able to provide and take direction well
