Primary Job Function:
You will ensure that the highest levels of customer service as a part of the Rogers Mechanical - Service Division team. You will facilitate any new construction, replacement/retro-fit, and service projects that our partners entrust us with.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the execution of all commercial plumbing projects, and also schedule post-project evaluations to ensure that quality of service is delivered.

Coordinate with the project managers and customers to facilitate all steps of any plumbing project.

Manage all complications that may arise during a project.

Work with our team members to facilitate all administrative functions that may arise throughout the process of any project.

Communicate with customers in a manner that is professional, courteous, and understandable.

Communicate with the Customer Service Representatives and Service Manager throughout the day to notify them of challenges and scheduling conflicts you face.

Ability to instruct and monitor progress of apprentice-level plumbers and facilitate learning opportunities for these individuals.

Technical Knowledge and Experience Required:

Clean MVR and insurable by Rogers policy

OSHA 10

Statewide Journeyman Plumber License

High School Diploma or GED

5+ years of professional plumbing experience

Technical Knowledge and Experience Preferred:

10+ years of professional plumbing experience

Working knowledge of industrial equipment

Strong verbal and written communication

Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
