Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

Assist in crafting and executing dynamic marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to glean insights on trends and competition.
Collaborate with web developers and manage content across digital platforms.
Liaise with designers and vendors for marketing collateral.

Administrative Support:

Provide top-notch administrative assistance to the executive team.
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.

Communication and Coordination:

Be the bridge between sales, executive, and other departments.
Ensure seamless information flow through effective communication channels.

Data Management:

Oversee customer databases and track marketing campaign performance.
Generate and analyze reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

What YOU bring to Viking:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
