Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installations and repairs according to project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with wiring, circuits, fixtures, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior technicians.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and changes in electrical codes.

Qualifications:

Journeyman Electrician license (Missouri).
4+ years of commercial electrical project experience.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina for tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.
Valid Missouri driver's license.
Proven track record of delivering safe, on-time, and within-budget projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive pay - starting at $33-42 per hour, based on experience and performance.
Health coverage: 100% for employees, 50% for spouses/children.
Paid time off: 5 days in year 1 (after probationary period) and then 10 days in year 2, increasing 1 day/year until it hits 15 days.
