Property Management company seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for residential single family homes under management. The ideal candidate is skilled and well rounded to address general maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), trustworthy, self-motivated to work with minimal supervision and possesses excellent communication skills to be a part of a dynamic team.
The homes are primarily located within a 30 minute drive radius of metro Atlanta.
This is a full time position with a bi-weekly pay, 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
Must have own tools and reliable vehicle to travel between properties to address maintenance work orders. **This is not at one multi-family, daily commute between properties is required***
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential maintenance and/or construction.
Common maintenance (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC) and painting skills required.
Ability to work independently and must possess great communication skills.
Must have verifiable references and work history.
Must be reliable, honest, hard-working, and be able to meet deadlines.
Quality conscience, neat appearance, and professionalism. Drug Free.
