Agents at CRG are extremely well leveraged, as the lead generation, transaction coordination, listing coordination, marketing, amendment and offer support and more are done for them. Our agents simply have conversations with leads that were generated for them and that have expressed an interest in buying, selling, or investing in real estate, then take them as clients to help them buy or sell real estate. Included within our average annual investment into each agent of over $70,000 annually are best-in-class systems that place our agents in a place to win.
While we do complete a lot of transactions, we are known for being much more relational than transactional within the industry and the community. We host a variety of events throughout the year that allow our agents to invite their clients and sphere of influence, we have a client concierge program designed to get you more referrals, and we have a non-profit, Cain Cares, designed to take care of clients and their families when they experience a severe time of need. In addition, we have a variety of programs for clients to help meet them where they are in their season of life, which ultimately results in our agents having more clients.
The ideal Agent candidate is someone who is assertive, social, and highly responsive, while also being in alignment with our Core Values listed below. We are open to considering both brand-new agents and experienced agents, as we have the systems, business opportunities, and coaching to help both to become highly successful.
For those not licensed, we also have a scholarship program that allows for our candidates to receive their licensing classes at no cost, and these classes can be completed online in as little as two weeks.

Compensation
This is a commission-based role. Our agents transact in record time and on average are in the top 10% of the market after their first year with CRG. We also offer health insurance to our agents and their families, as well as numerous other passive income opportunities.
