```Duties```
- Clean, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform field service calls to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Use mechanical knowledge to assemble and test HVAC equipment and components
- Boil, plumb, weld, and solder pipes and fittings to connect HVAC systems
- Repair and replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper operation of HVAC systems
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service or related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Familiarity with Daikin Fit systems is a plus
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants is required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design specifications, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**THIS IS A PERFORMANCE PAY POSITION**
Being technically inclined is a must, but you must also posses good people skills that enables you to sell with integrity and ease. This position is ideal for service techs that produce at least $1,000,000 gross revenue a year.
