We are an established HVACR company that has an immediate opening for a qualified service technician due to company growth. Service technician would primarily service small commercial and residential customers.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years HVACR experience
- Comfortable working directly with commercial and residential customers
- Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
- Valid driver’s license
- Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- EPA Certified
- Applicant must be willing to submit for a drug test
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Commercial Installation: Ability to install packaged units, make-up air units, boilers with lead installer
- Residential Service and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and service on boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, humidifiers, and electronic air cleaners.
- Commercial Service: Ability to repair on packaged units, make-up air units, boilers, unit heaters.
- Commercial Planned Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on roof top units, make-up air units, unit heaters.
