Responsibilities include the following.
1. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Perform repairs of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
3. Computer literate.
4. Good diagnostic abilities.
5. Perform preventive maintenance.
6. Flexibility to work overtime/on-call, as required.
