Compensation: 70,000 - 175,000 (hourly + commission + bonuses)
Bonus Incentive's & Commission: This position is eligible to receive bonuses and incentives based upon performance, so when the company wins - everyone wins.

This position comes with your own private office within our office building, located at 450 Satellite BLVD NE Suite C&D, Suwanee, GA 30024.
Responsibilities: What Wil I Do?
- Follow our service process and educate the customer on products and services
- Meet and exceed key performance requirements
- Deliver quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
- Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
- Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
- Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
Qualifications: Do I have what it takes?
- 1+ years of HVAC experience with the desire to learn and grow in your career
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
