We are growing commercial and Industrial HVAC company that is looking to add 2 new technicians on to our team. We are looking for two techs that have excellent communication skills and outstanding trouble shooting skills. We are a very team-oriented company that prides itself in working together to solve all of our customer's needs. We work on items as small as 1 ton split systems to as large as 500+ Ton water cooled chillers. We pay based on capability and experience not on time spent in the field along with doing yearly reviews to assure all of our technicians pay reflects their abilities and contribution to the company. We believe that all technicians should be learning and therefore assure that all employees are provided with the opportunities to learn new tasks and types of equipment.
