Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant HVAC experience
- Understanding of advanced principals of air conditioning, and heating
- Ability to work in confined spaces and on roofs and with ladders
- Valid state drivers license or identification
- Reliable transportation and phone
Full-time Monday- Thursday (typical schedule)
$20-30/hr

Job Duties:
- Provide Troubleshooting support
- Training junior team members
- Communicating with clients and customers
Main duties include
- Conducting HVAC energy mitigation protocols to improve energy efficiency for our HVAC clients and utility providers.
- Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.
- Manage a Crew of 4 to 8 people.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
