- Make crucial decisions that prioritize the best interests of all parties involved.
- Display in-depth knowledge of freight commodities, with a focus on Electrical, HVAC, and more.
- Demonstrate a keen sense of time management to optimize delivery schedules without relying on advanced technologies.
- On Call service required, rotating weekly, after training.

- Previous experience in hotshot dispatching, especially in freight commodities like Electrical and HVAC, utilizing traditional pen-and-paper methods.
