Diligent Delivery Systems is expanding and hiring a full-time strategic Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year experience in our Austin, TX location. This position requires critical thinking and problem solving in handling all customer requirements and needs. It will develop and maintain strong customer relationships in order to generate the highest possible levels of excellent customer service.
In-Office, Monday-Friday. No remote or hybrid work schedule is available.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Process returns, changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Key points and requirements to the position are:
- 1 year customer service experience.
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Fast-paced environment; constant deadlines and sometimes switching tasks midstream
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Call center environment experience a plus.
- Good communication skills; ability to learn new software systems with training
- Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Able to work full-time regular office hours with flexibility to work some overtime if needed.
- Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
