We are currently seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at our apartment community in Noblesville-Cumberland Pointe!

Details below outline some of the primary responsibilities and qualification of this particular position.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- On Call/ After-hours service in rotation. Eligible for On Call Stipend
Qualifications:
- EPA/HVAC certified (newly certified HVAC technicians are welcomed to apply however accredited hours in a trade school setting/ classroom would be the only substitution for experience)
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to be "on call" in rotation
- Must have reliable transportation
- Background screening

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
