Seeking FULL OR PART TIME Maintenance Technician to service apartment complexes in Westland, Garden City, and Plymouth, Michigan.
*Applicant must have PRIOR apartment maintenance EXPERIENCE.
*Applicant must have a VALID driver's license.
*Applicant must know the basics of PLUMBING and ELECTRICAL, and be certified in HVAC.
Variety of services will include:
- Sink and hot water tank installation
- Appliance installation
- Water leak repair
- Light carpentry and general repair
- Drywall repair
*REQUIRES on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies.
*ON-SITE apartment will be provided after probationary period.
*Applicant must allow drug testing, criminal background check, and credit check.
