Versatile Refrigeration & Air is fast-growing organization that specializes in servicing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration equipment. We also work on Beverage and Hot Food equipment - making us more "Versatile" than others in the industry. We pride ourselves in being a one stop solution for all customers!

We are looking for field service technicians of all experience levels throughout the Dallas - Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hard working and tenacious with knowledge in one or more trades in which we service. This individual must be honest and reliable, be a good representation of the business and provide top notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair service equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose service related issues.
Inspect and test equipment for proper operation.
Track time on site, document repair details, part information & upload pictures.
Work with local suppliers and distributors to order parts.
Communicate effectively with customers & employees.
Maintain/Upkeep truck inventory, vehicle cleanliness & business property.

Skills & Qualifications:

Critically think, problem solve and provide lasting resolutions.
Displays professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Prior work experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration.
Experience with Beverage and Hot Food equipment is preferred, but not required
EPA Certification preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License & Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
