Position Overview: As Account Executive you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities within the designated market segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, an in-depth understanding of Mechanical/HVAC and Refrigeration systems, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the Mechanical/HVAC and Refrigeration sector.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Generate new business leads through networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing industry relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Ainsworth's services.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations that showcase Ainsworth's capabilities and value proposition.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposals align with client requirements and industry standards.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Mechanical/HVAC and Refrigeration sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical understanding of Mechanical/HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
