We are actively seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman Installer with Lead experience or equivalent qualifications to join our team. In addition to performing installation duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for training and mentoring apprentices, helping to develop the next generation of skilled HVAC professionals. Candidates with residential experience will be given preference.

Job Description:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a lead installer.
- Ensure proper and adequate installation of HVAC systems, including heat pump systems, gas furnace systems and ductless systems.
- Perform installation of HVAC equipment following company policy and manufacturer's specifications.
- Read blueprints to accurately install HVAC systems and provide necessary support to other team members.
- Complete tasks on time and to company specifications, ensuring all required paperwork is accurately filled out.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including controls, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ability to complete installations from start to finish per company and manufacturer's specifications.
- Install both metal and flex ducting, demonstrating proficiency in brazing, refrigerant handling, and wiring.
- Must have install experience with heat pump systems, gas furnace systems, zone systems, and ductless systems.
- Possess a positive attitude, good customer service skills, and excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of HVAC experience
- EPA certification a plus or willingness to obtain EPA certification.
- A valid Oregon Journeyman License and a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Other HVAC experience a plus
