We are looking for an outgoing individual who will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing all types of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems including filter replacement, system testing, and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot and repair all types of HVAC systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems associated with HVAC equipment.
- Perform accurate and timely record-keeping for all maintenance and repairs completed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements to clients when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and technologies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles associated with HVAC equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must be EPA certification.
- Service Titan Experience Perferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
