POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for inspecting the structural and functional aspects of a rental property to ensure it complies with safety and habitability laws. These inspectors thoroughly examine various components of a rental property, including electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, roofing, and overall structural integrity. Their primary goal is to identify potential hazards, maintenance issues, or code violations, providing owners and property managers with a comprehensive report. These reports aid in making informed decisions about property maintenance, renovations and the safety concerns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Routine inspections and estimating of both occupied and unoccupied properties
- Execute the process of posting eviction notices on properties, following company protocols, and adhering to legal requirements in the respective jurisdiction.
- Light handyman work including lock changes and small repairs
- Other duties, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Must be very detail-oriented with an eye for residential maintenance.
- Must be organized with excellent time management skills.
- Possess problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using a smartphone and computer.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
