We are currently seeking to employ a Floating Maintenance Technician to help with our Pennsylvania property locations. This position will float between properties as needed.
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

The duties and responsibilities:
- To support/assist in apartment turnovers at various Westover properties when needed
- To perform routine and preventative maintenance to include but, not limited to electrical, plumbing, appliance, drywall repair, and HVAC
- To adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Maintain curb appeal of the property by keeping grounds free of debris and trash
- Run work orders as needed
- Possible on call, not on a set schedule but as a fill in if needed (vacations, illness)
- Take direction from the Floating Crew Supervisor
- This position can lead to a permanent position at a property
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- Must be reliable, professional, and organized
- Must have own basic hand tools
- Must have driver’s license and own vehicle
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
