HVAC Service Manager
Established 5 Star rated HVAC Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to work our current service leadership team with strong mentoring skills that is passionate about superior customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Service Manager serves as technical support and quality assurance of all field personnel
Must be able to effectively work with both installation and service
Provide technical assistance to the install and service staff
Ensure quality work is completed in the field
Train install and service technicians as required
Oversee daily Service and Installation schedules
Facilitate weekly safety/training meetings
Evaluates work load and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.
Resolves customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Timely and accurately generate reports that measure departmental operations; maintaining accurate records of all types to be reviewed with management.
Understand and work toward departmental goals... The business part and the sales part.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years install, maintenance and repair experience of heating, cooling, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in residential and/or light commercial buildings
Proven success in managing/leading a team
Successful history of building teams with direct responsibility for hiring/terminating employees
Valid driver’s license
NATE certified is a plus.

Potential to earn $20K to $50K above your base-pay per year.
