Job Description:
We are looking for technicians’ assistants who possess working knowledge in commercial HVAC equipment installation/service, as well as proficiency in tools related to installation, maintenance, and repair of systems. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, adept with their hands, and capable of following instructions effectively.
Primary Functions:
1. Assist Lead Technicians in the installation, service, maintenance, and replacement of equipment.
2. Learn, practice, and train to become a Lead Technician.
3. Represent Quality Air Services, LLC professionally to our clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of Basic Construction Experience.
- Knowledge of Basic power tools.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Skills with a command of the English Language.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Positive attitude, motivation to work well in a team, and professional and respectful communication.
- Coachable, flexible, and goal-oriented with a desire to become a lead technician.
- Organized, punctual, and reliable.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to accept responsibility.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
