Home Care Heating and Air is a newer South Metro Residential HVAC Company that is looking for team members. If you are a self starter with willingness to learn and the initiative to shape the future of your own work environment, this is an excellent opportunity.

Within the physical walls of Home Care already reside the twin cities largest chimney service company and a 7,000 square foot sheet metal fabrication shop with 4 full time employees.
The infrastructure including CSRs, the building, the trucks, Accounting, Project Management and other administration are already in place, we are looking for a team members to help us move forward in the coming months and years to build the best HVAC company in the state.
Your responsibilities may include...
- Safely assisting in the installation of Residential HVAC Systems
- Taking direction from the experience of a Lead HVAC Installer
- Loading/unloading and transport of HVAC equipment
- Acquiring knowledge, expertise, and experience to become a Lead HVAC Installer
- Obtaining EPA Universal Refrigeration certification and any other trade credentials necessary to become a Lead HVAC Installer
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
