Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC service technician for the Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with other team members and office team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders.
- Must possess personal hand tools.
- Must be able to pass drug and background screens.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- References are required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,800.00 - $114,400.00 per year
