Job Summary:
It is the responsibility of the One Stop Team to install HVAC systems and any other related HVAC components correctly and in a timely manner with a designated team helper. The Lead will work under close supervision of management with a minimal amount of creative design given. However is required to conduct oneself like a leader and proud member of the One Stop Team.
Job Duties
- Work safely and follow company policies/standards
- Report to each shift as scheduled and on time
- Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
- Premeasure jobs to identify proper materials required for install
- Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
- Provide assistance to other leads as directed by management
- Demonstrate and establish professional effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
- Properly fill out all paperwork and job site standard pictures required for each job
- Meet duct testing requirements as specified by management
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
- Is responsible with any/ all assigned company property, credit cards, gas cards, tablets, phones, vehicles, etc.
- Protects customers home and property during installation process
- Any other assigned duties as directed by management
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA Certification required
- 1 to 3 years’ experience installing

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift up to 100lbs
- Able to tolerate extreme temperatures (above 120 degrees) for extended periods of time
- Able to adapt to all environments including but not limited to confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work overtime, nights, and weekend hours
- Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
