Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service and a strong background in HVAC/R systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of equipment while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of heating and cooling systems to identify issues.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical problems within HVAC units.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for system repairs or installations.
- Maintain refrigerant levels and ensure compliance with safety regulations regarding refrigerants.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and maintenance needs.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters and other relevant equipment.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform appliance repair tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $26.42 - $28.24 per hour
