Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, Diagnose, and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose plumbing issues, and perform repairs. Install, replace, or upgrade plumbing fixtures and systems as needed.
- Troubleshooting and Emergency Response: Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and respond to emergency calls promptly.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain records of work performed and ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial service plumbing experience.
- Ability to operate and maintain various plumbing tools and equipment, such as pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, soldering torches, and drain cleaning equipment.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of plumbing installations and repairs.
- Professionalism and the ability to represent the company in a positive manner.
