Southwestbnb is a short term rental company with over 40 Properties in San Antonio. We are currently hiring a part time HVAC Tech who can take care of all the preventive maintenance/repair/instalations of HVAC.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs in our short-term rental properties.
- Address issues promptly to ensure a comfortable and seamless guest experience.
- Perform tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of the properties while doing the repair.
- Communicate effectively with property management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC repairs/instalation.
- HVAC certification.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs is a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Can work on weekends
- Background check maybe required.
The pay will be $30/ h during the trial period ( first month) and then it goes to $35/h.
