We service and are looking to bring on both Residential and Commercial Technicians.

Job Summary

Oversee the installation of new HVAC/Refrigeration units
Conduct inspections and perform maintenance on HVAC/Refrigeration systems to ensure efficient operation
Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC/Refrigeration technicians
Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts utilized
Diagnose and repair HVAC/Refrigeration systems as needed
Perform routine system maintenances as needed
Provide training and guidance to HVAC technicians
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

Qualifications

At least 3 years experience as a Service Technician strongly preferred
VRV Experience is a huge plus, we deal with this a lot in the custom luxury homes we service
Current state HVAC technician license
EPA Certified
Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record

Pay $85,000-185,000+
