Chesapeake Systems is a manufacturer’s representative providing equipment, parts, service and technical solutions for commercial mechanical systems. We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician for troubleshooting and repairing Air Conditioners and other HVAC products in the Baltimore/Washington/VA area
Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (Cooling towers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, variable frequency drives, and controls)
- Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices
- Perform start-up's, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment
- Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment
Qualifications:
- Journeyman License (Preferred)
- 5+ years of Commercial experience
- Phenomenal troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literacy
- Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Base Pay:
- $22-$35/Hour Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, a number of factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the positioning the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
