Essential Functions:
Installation: Setting up new HVAC systems, including assembling components, connecting systems to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts, and other necessary connections.
Maintenance: Performing routine checks and maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently, which may involve cleaning, replacing filters, and checking fluid levels.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing problems with HVAC systems and making necessary repairs to components such as compressors, motors, condensers, thermostats, fans, and switches.
Inspection: Conducting inspections to ensure that HVAC systems are compliant with regulations and working safely and effectively.
System Upgrades: Recommending upgrades or improvements to increase the efficiency and performance of HVAC systems.
Customer Service: Communicating with customers to understand their HVAC needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided.
Documentation: Keeping detailed records of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed, as well as noting any changes made to systems.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while performing HVAC work to prevent accidents and injuries.
Emergency Response: Being available to respond to emergency situations involving HVAC systems outside of normal working hours if required.
Learning: Staying current with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and best practices through periodic and annual training
Must be able to obtain security clearance:

Universal certification
RMGA certification

Proficient in using CMMS database
