HVAC Service Technician - AirMaster Heating and Cooling

AirMaster Heating and Cooling, a leader in the HVAC industry in Philadelphia, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician. We are dedicated to delivering quality service to our customers and are looking for a technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Required Experience and Skills:

5-10 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
Expertise in diagnosing and repairing A/C systems, heat pumps, mini splits, boilers, and gas furnaces
Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues, including knowledge of superheat, subcooling, and static pressure
Ability to read duct designs, calculate airflow and CFM, and perform system startups after new installations
EPA certification (required)
NATE certification (preferred but not required)

Candidate Requirements:

Clean-cut and professional appearance
Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Clean driving record
Ability to pass background and drug tests
Basic tools required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
