S & D Plumbing is currently searching for a dynamic and motivated Dispatcher to join our team! Dispatcher Description:
- Proactively plan, forecast, and dispatch service calls for Service Technicians
- Manage and organize customer service calls prior to their deployment to the Service Technician
- Accurately dispatch the required Service Technician with the correct skill level for the service call, minimizing unnecessary costs and building customer confidence
- Communicate the status of the service call to the customer while it is in progress and follow up with the customer after the service call has been completed.
- Work closely with the Call Center Manager and Service Technicians to provide administrative tracking support
- Continually review current processes and services to make recommendations/proposals to improve and strengthen the Customer experience
- Work cohesively with Call Center Managers, Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives to support and promote multiple business solutions for both short and long-term growth opportunities

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year dispatch experience in home service industry. (Plumbing experience is a plus.)
- Ability to possess and apply strong organization skills to meet the customer's service delivery requirements on time each and every day.
- Utilize company computer systems to organize all service calls and customer information. Microsoft Office and Service Titan experience are a plus.
- Must have high attention to detail and consistent follow-up on issues when required.
- Excellent math, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are needed.
- The flexibility to work on a rotation of Saturdays is required.
