Responsibilities:
- Residential HVAC Service
- Maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Must maintain a specific average ticket
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
- Ability to drive a van to different job sites as needed
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use various tools and equipment
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting design specifications and schematics
