Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior HVAC Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about HVAC systems and eager to learn. You will assist experienced technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot system issues.
- Help maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Attend training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (education or relevant experience is a plus).
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in the field.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
