Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Next Coms Talk, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves answering inbound calls, assisting with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and documenting customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
Address customer inquiries and concerns.
Resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of interactions

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
