What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert sales recommendations to customers on system upgrades, maintenance plans, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities during service calls and effectively communicate the value of additional services or products.
- Conduct thorough system inspections, documenting issues, and presenting clear options to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering excellent service.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards to offer the best solutions.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair processes.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell services and products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys meeting sales targets.
- EPA Certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
