PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sub-rough Work
- Rough Work
- Water lines
- Tub installation
- Drain Lines
- Finish Work
- Sink and toilet installation
- Faucet and Fixture installation
- Clean up and final touches
All other duties as assigned by the Superintendent/Management Team
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
Valid current Driver’s License in good standing.
Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
Basic understanding of construction tools.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee is required to stand for extended periods of time.
The employee is required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl regularly.
Employee is often required to lift 10-50 lbs, or more, throughout the day.
